The bed for my treatment wasn’t long enough

This is the 3rd survey I have completed (2 by mail) for my one appointment, all very similar. Please review your process!!

It was strange that one of the people was extremely overweight and whilst it is not of us to judge the people delivering the programme it seemed odd to have someone with such a weight problem delivering a program about healthy living and diet etc

There was a typo in the booklet I haven’t it in front of me but booklet needs checking. The venue was very sterile and bland

I always have really great care from the receptionists and all the staff in the hearing and balance clinic. I saw a receptionist on 24/04/24 who changed my telephone appointment for the following day to a face to face which really helped me as my hearing was all wrong. On 25/04/24 I was seen by the audiologist [name removed] who was very thorough and but my mind at rest. The care in that department is absolutely excellent ! Thank you all so much.

You couldn’t have done any better. It is the best, most accessible department a I have ever known. Thank you all

The staff in Audiology are all really lovely. I was feeling really low as hearing aids were falling off plus I couldn't hear. I left my appointment with repaired hearing aids that fitted properly..one very happy patient..thank you so very much..

Very pleasant caring dr my mums mobility is going down problems with knees and always had hearing aids he hearing is going down.

None excellent service.

The doctor who saw me was very nice.she was friendly, informative and treated heard me with utmost patience and kindness .

Couldn’t find a parking space so was nearly late.
